IT IS FURTHER AGREED BETWEEN THE SELLER AND BUYER AS FOLLOWS:
1. Fox’s Boxes may, under limited circumstances, agree to transport to, store, hold, and maintain its Equipment along with Renter’s property and contents, on or to its property.
2. Renter stores property on Fox’s Boxes property at their own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
3. Renter agrees property may be damaged in transport and that Fox’s Boxes shall not be held responsible for unintentional or expected jostling or shifting.
4. The parties agree that Fox’s Boxes, in addition to the express and implied releases, waivers, and indemnification agreements that are included within the Agreement referenced above, shall have no additional or further responsibility for safe transport and maintenance of the contents of the Equipment stored on Fox’s Boxes property.
5. Renter agrees Fox’s Boxes may from time to time relocate the Equipment and its contents at the sole and complete discretion of Fox’s Boxes.
6. Fox’s Boxes will notify Renter at the Renter’s address or contact information provided within a reasonable time if the Equipment and/or the contents have been relocated.
7. Renter agrees to further release, waive, and indemnify Fox’s Boxes if any of Renter’s property is stolen, destroyed, or damaged while on Fox’s Boxes premises or property.
8. Renter agrees that Fox’s Boxes will not insure or indemnify Renter’s property or any of the contents of the Equipment stored on Fox’s Boxes property. Renter shall obtain its own insurance over the contents of the Equipment and safe transport.
9. Renter shall have reasonable access to the Equipment and stored property and contents on Fox’s Boxes’ property, but that Fox’s Boxes reserves the right to require 48 hours’ notice and limited access to all Equipment its contents and property to stated days or times at the
sole discretion of Fox’s Boxes.
10. Equipment shall not be used for human or animal habitation.
11. Renter shall not sublet or assign Equipment or the contents thereof to anyone without Fox’s Boxes written permission.
All remaining Terms and Conditions of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
